Mr. Dreyer: Pre-AP World History and Law 10

Hello and Welcome to Social Studies!
 
Pre-AP World History: This course covers world history from the earliest civilizations to the year 1700. Students will develop skills for analyzing documents, supporting arguments with evidence, and connecting history to the present day. These skills will prepare students for AP World History  in 10th grade where they will have an opportunity to earn college credit. 
 
 
 
Law 10: This course is designed to give students an opportunity to learn the basics of the legal system while exploring their rights. Students will go through pivotal Supreme Court cases that deal with questions of rights, and develop the skills needed to create arguments for debate. These skills will allow students to develop their voice and tackle important issues of our time.
